Main features

1. The electrical control system includes electric control cabinet, relay, thermal protector, air switch and cable, etc.

3. The pulping system is mainly composed of upper and lower head, stainless steel dispersion tank with seal and high-speed dispersion machine with double dispersion disk and high-shear mixing emulsifier.

The coating mixing system is composed of stainless steel paint mixing tank (upper and lower head, with seal, paddle stirring), low-speed mixer (cycloidal reducer).

5. Discharge filter system is composed of air compressor, recoil type bag filter.

6. Filling system: 1 set of filling machine combination parts.

7. Piping system includes all ball valves, quick connect joints, stainless steel pipes and electric lines 1 set.
