300L double planetary vacuum mixer helps customers produce high-quality sealant materials!

 Sealants are widely used. We are all familiar with them. For example, in decoration, we often use products such as waterproof sealing, bonding or anti-mold and beautifying gaps. The main equipment for mixing and dispersing sealant is the double planetary mixer. 1.High gloss

The higher the surface gloss, the more delicate and smooth the glue, the better the quality; the opposite is true for inferior glue.

2.No particles

 

The high-quality sealant is a chemical synthetic material that is fully and evenly stirred by a double planetary mixer machine. The texture is fine and uniform. After the glue is cured, it is smooth and shiny;

Inferior sealant has some visible particles and debris. The surface of the adhesive strip after sizing and curing is not as smooth and flat as that of good quality glue.

3.No bubbles

The main component of high-quality sealant is silicone, and the amount of other additives is very small, which has good stability.

The inferior silicone sealant is not 100% silicone glue. The additives in the silica gel and the PE soft glue of the rubber bottle may have a chemical reaction, causing the bottle to "swell" and the air remaining in the space can penetrate The glue creates voids, and the direct manifestation is that the colloid is uneven and there are bubbles!

4.High tensile strength

Pull the cured silicone strip with a hand, the elongation of a good silicone adhesive can reach two to three times the original and it is not easy to break. After letting go, you can basically return to the original length.

Inferior silicone rubber strips not only do not have good elongation, but also break directly when reaching a certain tensile strength, lacking elasticity!

5.Anti-shrinkage cracking

A series of common problems such as cracking, shrinkage and degumming of sealant in daily life are actually based on the shrinkage resistance of silicone rubber. Good quality silica gel has stable dimensions after curing, resistance to shrinkage, and good displacement resistance.

The causes of bubbles, low tensile strength, and poor shrinkage resistance are mostly caused by the fact that manufacturers have added a large amount of white oil to the raw materials! In this way, production costs are reduced, and vicious competition is carried out at low prices.
